'GLORY, GLORY HALLELUJAH' - concert by Gordon Hendricks as 'ELVIS'

Gordon Hendricks, one of the world's finest tributes to Elvis Presley performing at the highest level for over15 years winning acclaim at many major events and festivals internationally, will perform a special concert here at the Cathedral..

The concert, in support of the Cathedral's '24 for 2024' appeal, will feature Gordon Hendricks as Elvis Presley with The Passionettes and  a live band.

Gordon has performed at many major festivals and events throughout the world, earning many accolades and titles along the way including .....

  • 2005 - Grand final Winner of “Stars In Their Eyes”.
  • 2006 - “Best Elvis 68 Comeback Special” in UK & Europe.
  • 2011 - Crowned “European Elvis Champion 2011” by Elvis Presley Enterprise.
  • 2013 - Presents a full theatre production of “Aloha from Hawaii” along with 20 musicians and singers. Travels to Tweed in Canada, winning the Collingwood Elvis competition and crowned as Collingwood Grand Champion.
  • 2014 - Appears in Norway at the Elvis Festivalen Maloy and returns as guest at the Collingwood Elvis Festival, Canada plus embarks on a Canadian Tour.
  • 2015 - Appears at the O2, London with his Aloha performance from 'Hawaii'. He also signed a recording contract in Nashville, Tennessee under music legend Jerry Foster and currently has an album out in the American Country charts.
