Last night, those shortlisted in our annual photographic competition and the judges gathered in the Well of the cathedral for an evening of prize giving at the Awards Reception.
As we welcome our choir back after their summer holidays we publish our service list for the autumn term.
The new WW1 Nurses exhibition in Liverpool Cathedral tells the story of the part that the nursing associations played in WW1 both here and abroad.
Auditions for this exciting new choir will be held on Saturday 12th September after our 3pm Evensong. If you are aged between 14 and 25 and can read music and play an instrument then come along and give it a go.

On Monday The Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Revd Justin Welby and his wife Caroline returned to the cathedral to open a new Food store for Hope+ Foodbank.
