Our popular Photo Competition returns with a new ways for you to unleash your creativity and the return of the People's Winner.

The Competition

We have two categories for you to enter ‘Life in the Hope Street Area’ and ‘Life in the City Centre’.
You can enter either or both categories and there's an adult and junior (under 17) section to both.

Prizes include hotel stays, theatre tickets, and a one-to-one photography tutorial from one of our judges.

All entries guaranteed to feature in our autumn exhibition.

The competition closes at 5pm on Tuesday 28th August - so there's STILL TIME TO BRING US  that perfect shot!

The inspiration
Walker Art Gallery Loan: July 21st to September 16th

This year budding photographers can be inspired by two excellent paintings by Charles Trevor Prescott (1890-1942) of Bold Street and St John’s Market with their honest reflection of life in Liverpool in the Victorian period.

The People's Winner
13th -16th September

You be the judge. Vote for your favourite in the popular People's Winner Category. Come to the cathedral and choose the photo you think deserves your vote
