You are warmly invited to take part in a 3 part, monthly course in the Cathedral’s Radcliffe Learning Centre, looking at how both the Christian and Muslim faiths and communities view and interact with each other in both Liverpool and in the UK today.
Particular focus will be given during the course on the challenges facing each community on a day to day basis.
The course will explore the differences in theological terms between the Bible and the Quran, who Jesus is, and the understandings of the Trinity as well as looking at the more practical attitudes of today’s UK society (fear of terrorism, integration of asylum seekers etc).
The course promises to provide fresh insight from both perspectives, using panel discussions, presentations and group discussions.
