Volunteering

Our Mission is to proclaim that Jesus Christ is alive and that his Gospel is true and relevant to today's world. The Cathedral’s own life must seek to live out the Christian faith, a faith rooted and grounded in the life of Jesus Christ. Volunteers are a valuable resource of Liverpool Cathedral and our staff.

As a volunteer, your gift of time, skills and experience will extend our capacity to give visitors and worshippers alike an experience which they find inspiring, enjoyable, edifying, peaceful and memorable.

Liverpool Cathedral is looking to recruit more volunteers to add to our increasing body of people willing to give their time freely on a mutually beneficial basis. Volunteering can bring numerous benefits to you and others. It gives you the chance to meet like-minded people, learn and develop your skills and share in teamwork. We have a number of opportunities and roles in the Cathedral for volunteers.
