You are warmly invited to share in a special evening with Frank Carlyle, local historian and BBC Radio Merseyside broadcaster in aid of the Liverpool Cathedral Centenary Fund.Fank has given talks about this great city of Liverpool several times before in the Cathedral, including an unusual 'tour' of the main city buildings from the roof of the Cathedral tower, but on this occasion he will be focussing on the Cathedral iteslf. His down to earth, humorous approach to his subject, coupled with his great knowledge of the city and its buildings quickly draws in the listener to make them feel a part of the whole story and he never fail to leave his audience wanting to know even more about Liverpool.
Following his talk there will be an opportunity to ask questions on the subject and engage directly with Frank, who is always delighted to hear from his audience.
All proceeds are to be given to the Liverpool Cathedral Centenary Fund.More details later - watch this space.
