To help make booking a visit easier, we have given you some options and you may choose which suits your school's/organisation's particular needs best, whether it be a repeat visit or perhaps a first time visit request.
- If you feel you know what your specific needs are already, you can download our more detailed booking form and all relevant related documents, complete with appropriate Risk Assessments from this page (below), and, after reading the guidance, complete it and send it in to

- You can complete a PROVISIONAL booking form on-line as a first step (see our Booking Form page) from which a provisional date/set of dates may be allocated and then the more comprehensive form and details for visits will be sent to you to consider with your colleagues which you can then complete and return to the address above, or,
- Telephone the Education Office to make an enquiry about a visit during office hours by calling 0151 702 7210, or,
- If you prefer you can simply email the Education Office at firstname.lastname@example.org outlining your basic requirements and the relevant paperwork can then be processed as needed.
Whichever option you choose. we will try our best to accommodate your specified date(s) and your particular needs for your school or organisation.
