Grade 5 Music Theory Booster Course

Music (General)

Liverpool Cathedral
17th September 2019 18:15 - 19:15

This ten-week course takes the student on a thorough and comprehensive journey through the syllabus of the ABRSM Grade 5 Music Theory Course.

The student will focus their studies on each section from the syllabus before tackling a variety of specimen past papers, all the time being assisted by expert supervision and teaching.

The course is best suited for those (of any age) who have a good understanding of music theory from grades 1-4. It might be that they have studied this during their practical lessons (but not taken exams) or that they have already sat the lower graded theory exams.

The course is one of many run by the Liverpool Cathedral School of Music. It is led by musicianship expert, Stuart Keen. Learning materials (Grade 5 theory book and past papers) are included in the price.

Liverpool Cathedral is an 'applicant' with the ABRSM. As such, we can enter students for the exam. Be sure to select the relevant payment option. Please note that if you select 'course without exam entry', you must make other arrangements to enter the student for the exam.

*Liverpool Cathedral School of Music teaching staff are not responsible for a theory student not passing the written exam. Refunds will not be given should this happen.
