Liverpool City Council, in partnership with Liverpool Cathedral, operates a Coach Welcome Scheme to welcome coach groups and drivers into the city.
It operates at the Cathedral Monday to Saturday 10am-3pm.
All coach groups arriving at Liverpool Cathedral can receive a personal, warm welcome from Cathedral staff, together with free city centre maps, the latest information on what to do in the city, an optional Cathedral visit, and access to toilet and refreshment facilities.
Coach drivers are also given useful information on where to park in the city, pick-up and drop-off points, and advice on any road works or traffic diversions affecting the city roadways.
The Cathedral also offers free refreshments for all drivers.
